 'mikroProg Suite for PIC.exe' is a replacement for the original one from
 mikroElektronika.
 It calls the batchfile   AVRflash.bat  in the same folder.

 The goal is, to use custom programmer software i.e. PicPgm with one of the
 mikroElektronika PIC compilers. Other than configuring a 'Tool' we can use
 the 'Build And Program' button.

 Installation:
  - Install 'mikroProg Suite for PIC' from mikroElektronika,
  - replace 'mikroProg Suite for PIC.exe' with this one,
  - copy PicFlash.bat to the same folder,
  - edit PicFlash.bat.
